Self Pick Up Service (applicable for Hong Kong only)
Simply follow below instructions to fill in the appropriate delivery address information, you can enjoy the convenient parcels self-pickup service at designated service point over 100 S.F. Express pick up points on Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories.
Please fill in the delivery address and store code of service point as the following example
Shop C, G/F., 1 Whampoa Street, Hung Hom

Fill in your correct mobile number is a MUST for using S.F. Service Points and EF Locker as a pickup point in order to receive SMS notification which contains necessary pickup information. Then you can enjoy the convenient parcels pickup service.
Customer will receive SMS or phone notification from S.F. Express once the parcel is delivered to the service point.
Customer can pick up the parcels at S.F. Stores or Service Centers upon verifying receiver's information.
Customer MUST presents SMS notification to the S.F. Service Points representative and settles the charge by cash for parcels self-pickup at S.F. Service Points.
Customer MUST go to the designated EF Locker and input password according to the SMS notification for parcels picked up at EF Locker.
